Julia's career began in marketing and advertising for broadcast television, working with Fortune 500 companies, before venturing into real estate. Julia's early exposure to the hotel development industry and time spent at a boutique 1031 Exchange Company in Santa Monica enriched her understanding of economic principles and honed her skills in remodeling and interior design.
As a top producer at Sotheby's International Realty in Los Angeles and the Altman Brothers Team at Douglas Elliman, Julia made her mark in the top 1% nationally, contributing to over a billion in annual average sales year over year. As of late, she joined Christie’s International Real Estate & Aaron Kirman Group, California and Beverly Hills' premier luxury brokerage in sales volume, expanding her clientele to include international buyers and sellers while still servicing her clients in Los Angeles.
