Julia's career began in marketing and advertising for broadcast television, working with Fortune 500 companies, before venturing into real estate. Her keen understanding of product positioning lends itself well to maximizing sale value for a variety of luxury listings. She specializes in new constructions, potential value-add properties, teardowns, major remodels, classic and modern architecture. Julia's early exposure to the hotel development industry and time spent at a boutique 1031 Exchange Company in Santa Monica enriched her understanding of economic principles and honed her skills in remodeling and interior design.

As a top producer at Sotheby's International Realty in Los Angeles and Christie's International Real Estate Group, Julia made her mark in the top 1% nationally, contributing to over a billion in annual average sales year over year. As of late, she joined Christie’s International Real Estate & Aaron Kirman Group, California and Beverly Hills' premier luxury brokerage in sales volume, expanding her clientele to include international buyers and sellers while still servicing her clients in Los Angeles.

With over $300 million in luxury real estate sales from Hollywood Hills to Venice, Julia values client relationships over sales volume.
