The H Stanley Bent House, 1926Originally sited on 3.5 acres, the H Stanley Bent House was designed by AIA Fellow architect, Carleton M Winslow, who was considered to be a leading exponent of the Spanish Revival style. It is surmised that Mr Bent, who owned a construction company that specialized in the building of dams and bridges, used concrete from their nearby 1920's Devil's Gate Dam project for the Old Mill property.
